Las Cruces Symphony OrchestraCello virtuoso Sara Sant'Ambrogio joins Lonnie Klein, conductor of the Las Cruces Symphony Orchestra, in the studios of KRWG-FM for an Impromptu Interview with Leora Zeitlin during Intermezzo, on September 29, 2006. They discuss the Saint-Saens Cello Concerto No. 1, which Sant'Ambrogio performs with the Symphony over the weekend, and several works from her new cd, "Dreaming."

  1. "Libertango," by Astor Piazzola, arranged by Sara Sant'Ambrogio and performed with Anyssa Neuman at the piano
  2. Cello Concerto No. 1, 2nd movement (Allegretto con moto) by Camille Saint-Saens. Jacqueline Du Pre performs with the London Symphony Orchestra, Sir John Barbirolli conducting (EMI #61832)
  3. "Prelude No. 5 in B minor," by Paul Cantelon, performed with the composer;
  4. "Summertime," by George Gershwin, arranged by Sara Sant'Ambrogio, performed with Anyssa Neumann at the piano.
